453bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 453bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 453bd website located at 453bd.club and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it. By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered players of 453bd. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific promotions, competitions, or features offered on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms will prevail in relation to the specific promotion or feature they govern. 453bd reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 453bd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 453bd strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location.
• You must register using your own accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have previously had an account suspended or closed by 453bd for breach of these Terms or any other reason that 453bd determines makes you ineligible to hold an account.
• You must hold only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

453bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other supported payment methods as displayed in the Wallet section of your account. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by 453bd at any time.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds.
• 453bd does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. These fees are outside 453bd's control.
• Deposits credited to your Wallet may only be used for gameplay on the Platform. They may not be transferred to other users, converted to cash directly, or used for any purpose other than placing bets and wagers on 453bd.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) as required by 453bd. Verification documents may be requested before a withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the Wallet section. Processing times vary by payment method but 453bd aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly.
• 453bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed. In such cases, 453bd will notify the account holder and provide guidance on resolving the issue.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

453bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted in the specific bonus terms.
• 453bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a player has already claimed a bonus offer before it is withdrawn, the applicable terms at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as an individual who registers their first account on 453bd and has not previously held an account on the Platform under any identity.
• 453bd may at its sole discretion offer seasonal promotions tied to local events and sporting seasons, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. These promotions carry their own specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the offer.

453bd takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, or colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances and winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 453bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting systems or game-playing software.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering. 453bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a technical error are void and will be forfeited.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access to any third party, or allowing any other person to use your account, whether for financial gain or otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 453bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 453bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 453bd.

The 453bd name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 453bd. Nothing contained on the Platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of 453bd or the relevant third-party owner. Unauthorised use of any 453bd trademark or brand material may constitute a violation of applicable trademark law.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

453bd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 453bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through 453bd's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to the appropriate legal channels available in your jurisdiction. 453bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
